• GenScript will make every effort to reduce the production turnaround time. Delays may be incurred if the antigen is poorly immunogenic or produces unstable clones.
• The success of a project is dependent upon the material used. Some or all animals may fail to give a response to certain antigens. Please note that While GenScript guarantees delivery of antibodies that bind to the specified antigen, it does not guarantee that a given antigen designed by GenScript or provided by the customer will elicit an immune response or that the antibodies delivered will function well in downstream applications. If GenScript is unable to deliver antibodies that bind to their GenScript-designed antigen, the client will receive no charge. This guarantee does not apply to antigens not designed by GenScript .
