T Cell Activation Using Anti-Human CD3 and Anti-Human CD28 Antibodies
Anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies bind to the corresponding CD markers expressed on T cell surface, which provide the first and second signals for T cell activation, respectively. The co-stimulated activating signals induce rapid and robust T cell proliferation, which plays an essential role in adaptive immune response and immunotherapy.

PBMC Staining for T Cell Population Identification Using Anti-Human CD4 and Anti-Human CD8 Antibodies

Anti-CD antibodies can specifically recognize the CD markers expressed on cells, which can be utilized to identify cells into different cell types or functional cell subsets. e.g., the CD4 and CD8 are the most commonly used markers to identify CD4+ helper T cells and CD8+ cytotoxic T cells in PBMCs staining assays.
