Pick Primer/Probe Crossing Exon Junction

When Pick Primer/Probe Crossing Exon Junction is selected, the exon regions must be defined. If only raw sequence is provided, the sequence will be mapped on the genome (human, mouse or rat at present) sequences to locate the exon boundaries.
