We have never been so cognizant, that our species is so fragile, and that we biologists still face important problems to solve in the 21st century.
Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to all those who are in this fight together to annihilate COVID-19, to those who work in laboratories, companies, academics, hospitals and clinics, who are enabling these breakthrough advances. This is a battle we cannot lose, and we, as scientists of this world on which we live today, are on it together.
Detection
Developing a quick and simple way to accurately diagnose patients infected with COVID-19 can help control the spread of the virus and ensure timely treatment. We offer products and services to help accelerate and meet your assay development needs.
Treatment & Prevention
We offer a line up of products and services to address the urgent need to develop effective therapeutics and vaccines for COVID-19 to prevent future outbreaks and ensure the health and well-being of our global population.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, the scientists over the world have been dedicated to studying the underlying molecular mechanism of SARS-CoV-2 infection. They constructed SARS-CoV-2 plasmid clone which can be used to evaluate the antivirals activities of functional protein materials and furtherly as key reagent for the coronavirus study (i.e., anti-virus antibody detection). Some papers reported the structure of SARS-CoV-2 proteins especially spike protein, helping researchers develop efficient detection assay approaches.
To date, over 300 publications on SARS-CoV-2 have cited and acknowledged GenScript for high quality services and products provided to accelerate the coronavirus research covering diagnostic detection reagents development, SAR-CoV-2 vaccine and therapeutics discovery. We are proud to help the global scientific community from 100+ laboratories in 15+ countries, and the human population by making research easy with our sophisticated technologies.
In addition to these findings, the cloud scientist community on MolecularCloud is sharing their research advances and their perspectives on SAR-CoV-2 vaccine development. Dr. Haisheng Yu has shared 4 plasmids for SARS-CoV-2 study.
When fighting virus, we are the frontline! MolecularCloud, a GenScript hosted scientific content sharing platform receives voices from those who battling COVID-19, medical workers, immunologist, virologists, antibody engineers. Are you working on COVID 19? Do you have an idea or story?
"In the battle to overcome the CoV-2 pandemic, I exist in 3 essential medical/scientific roles. These include lead EMT of the CoV Rapid Response team, Lab research and development and an undergraduate Biochemist, and CoV Anesthesia Unit as an Anesthesia technician. Addressed is the 2 direct medical positions I hold; EMT and Anesthesia technician."
"Following my team observations related to free radicals pathology and great differences among photon emission curve from normal and pathological cells (e.g. patients suffering with some kind of leukemia or cancer), I would like to propose new way for quick detection of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus Infection study of specific quantitative and properties of photons emission from the target human cells..."
"Scientists can prepare best practices booklet in simple language for families of known pathogens and toxins i.e. flu, biological hazard/weapon, chemical agent, etc. The right education can go a long way in helping the masses cope with such tragic events, and make them less tragic."
