Xxx immunoglobulin variable domain sequence analysis tool can be used to analyze the suspected coding sequences of immunoglobulin variable domain. The input nucleotide sequences will be searched aganist the IGMT germline gene database. The output of search results include the best matched nucleotide sequence and amino acid sequence of immunoglobulin variable domain, the FR/CDR delineation of V gene, the best matched germline V, D and J genes, and etc.
